1. How much do business cards, banners, or other products cost?

The price depends on the format, material, circulation, and layout complexity. For example, a 2×2 m banner cost about 1300 UAH in October, but the cost may vary.

2. If I don't have a layout — will you make a design?

Yes. We will create a design from scratch, even if you only have text, photos, or a general idea.
We select fonts, colors, styles and prepare a professional layout for printing. You will definitely approve the design before printing.

3. How long does design and printing take?

Approximate terms:

• Business card design — 2–12 hours
• Banner design — from a few hours
• Printing — from 1 day
• Menus, stickers, flyers — individually

We always warn about real deadlines and can speed up work if necessary.

4. How is the order placed?

The process is simple:

• You write to us or leave a request
• Provide materials (text, logos, wishes)
• We make a layout or check yours
• You approve the design
• We print
• Send by Nova Poshta

Everything happens online, quickly and clearly.

5. Can I order if I am not from your city?

Yes. We work with all of Ukraine.
We send by Nova Poshta — to a branch, post office, or by courier.
We pack high quality so that the products arrive in perfect condition.

6. Is delivery included in the price?

Delivery is by agreement.
Usually paid separately upon receipt, but we can agree on other options.

7. What are the file requirements if I already have a layout?

Main requirements:

• formats: PDF, TIFF, CDR (all elements in curves)
• colors: CMYK
• resolution: 300 dpi
• bleeds 2 mm on each side

If the file does not meet the standards, we will prompt or prepare it correctly.

8. What if I don't like the design?

Until you approve the layout, we do not print anything.
We can make adjustments, change colors, fonts, or composition.

9. Color on screen and in print differs — is this normal?

Yes, this is a natural feature of printing.
The monitor shows RGB, printing — CMYK, so colors may differ by 5–8%.
We always try to convey shades as accurately as possible and warn if there are risks.

10. What are the payment terms?

Prepayment is required to start work on the design.
After approving the layout, full payment is made before printing and shipping the order.

This is a standard practice in polygraphy and a guarantee that your layout is printed in the final, approved version.

11. Can I just get a consultation without ordering?

Yes, of course.
We will suggest sizes, materials, optimal printing type, or help you decide on the design for free.
