Public Offer

1. General Provisions
Physical Person-Entrepreneur (hereinafter — "Contractor") offers to an unlimited number of individuals and legal entities (hereinafter — "Customer") services for the design and printing of polygraphic products on the conditions set forth in this public offer.
The public offer is an official proposal of the Contractor to conclude a service agreement.
2. Subject of the Offer
The Contractor provides services for:
- Design and development of layouts for polygraphic products
- Printing of business cards, banners, flyers, brochures, labels, plaques, calendars
- Large format printing
- Post-printing processing (lamination, cutting, eyelets, etc.)
- Delivery of finished products
3. Order Placement
Orders are placed via:
- Messengers: Telegram, Viber, WhatsApp
- Online calculators on the website
The order is considered accepted after confirmation by the Contractor and agreement on all details.
4. Cost and Payment
The cost of services is determined based on:
- Selected product type
- Circulation
- Materials
- Additional options (lamination, urgency, etc.)
Payment is made on terms of 100% prepayment to the Contractor's bank account or card.
5. Execution Terms
Standard production terms:
- Business cards: 2-4 working days
- Banners: 1-3 working days
- Other products: by agreement
Urgent production is possible for an additional fee.
6. Delivery
Delivery is carried out by the "Nova Poshta" service throughout Ukraine. The cost of delivery is paid by the Customer separately according to the carrier's tariffs, or by the Contractor, by agreement.
7. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
Contractor undertakes:
- To fulfill the order qualitatively and on time
- To provide consultations on technical requirements for layouts
- To maintain confidentiality of the Customer's information
Customer undertakes:
- To provide correct layouts or technical specifications
- To make payment in a timely manner
- To provide valid data for delivery, To check the layout for errors.
8. Guarantees and Returns
The Contractor guarantees the conformity of the finished product to the approved layout. In case of detection of a manufacturing defect, the Contractor performs reprinting at their own expense.
Refunds are not made after the start of production if the reason is a change in the Customer's decision.
9. Copyright
The Contractor is not responsible for copyright infringement on materials provided by the Customer.
10. Force Majeure
The Parties are exempted from liability for non-fulfillment of obligations in case of force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, power outages, etc.).
